19 Sept 2006, I was at London Heathrow airport

Believe in the law of attraction. Just tell the universe what you want - don't tell it how you want it.

It was 19 Sept 2006. I was at London Heathrow airport.
Eyes filled with new dreams and heart worried with the thought of my mom and dad. I Finished the immigration process. I was officially in London Uk. A new chapter in life with my MBA at Liverpool john moores university was about to start . It was a Big Leap for me.
From Heathrow airport, Next big task was to catch a connecting plane to manchester. From manchester I was supposed to take a train to liverpool. Without much hassle I was on a connecting flight. Landed at Manchester airport. Next train to Liverpool was after 1 hour.
I was seating all by myself at that train station.
Though I was looking confident, I only knew that I was completely scared.
Except one indian orkut friend I did not know anyone in Liverpool . I was worried for a reason. I had not made any arrangements in Liverpool for my stay. I was sure that somehow I would manage and find a place.
But my mind was still skeptical , what if I don't get a place to live ?
I was already 2 days late for joining my university. In my mind I regretted many times while I was on the plane. But I did not have any options. University hostel accommodation was way far expensive for me to pre book. So few of my friends in London suggested that I go directly to Liverpool, Stay in a hotel for 2-3 days and by that time find a shared flat with indian students. This was my complete plan.
Train whistled and I came out of my thoughts. Next minute I was on the final journey to liverpool. The train was on its way to Liverpool Lime street station.
Exactly at 11.30 I reached Liverpool . Hopped on a taxi and told him to take me to the university office. Because that was the only address I had with me in liverpool. I was thinking that university officials will help me to find a permanent accommodation.
I was carrying two big american tourister suitcases and a backpack.
The university official was stunned to hear that I had no permanent arrangements for accomodation. They suggested, I take university accommodation which was almost 9000 GBP. It was supposed to be paid in one go in advanced. It was not possible for me. I asked him if he can suggest me any temporary hotel. He was a very kind and nice guy. He helped me to reach a one bed and breakfast hotel called International Inn. It was just next to the university campus. I took the accommodation. Next thing I did was to take up an international calling card and dial at home in india.
Next day morning my struggle started. Completed all the formalities with university. Classes were already started. One thing was very assuring, there were many students from india. Almost everyone had their accommodation arrangements done. But I was still looking for it continually. I asked and inquire almost everyone if they had any vacancy in their flats. After 2 day I met Jeswin and Bibin. They were from kerala but raised up in Dubai. They both were very golden hearted guys . They said they had one room left in their flat but it was very small. Even before Jeswin finished his sentence I said , “i will take”. He asked me to see it first. Same afternoon I went to his flat which was at walking distance from university.
I liked that small room and by evening I was having my own room to live.
That night I thanked God , and then I was in full tears.I just cried and cried alone.
Next day morning, Jeswin knocked on my door and called me for breakfast. They made a wonderful masala omlet. From that breakfast table a new friendship started and we stayed together almost for 2 years. God bless them both.
From that moment I decided;
not to anything without proper planning.
If I have no time to plan then just take the action with full conviction.
whether you plan or you don't plan. Never lose your eyes from your goal. The universe will ultimately take you to your goal.
